I am an Industrial Psychologist with an MBA in Business Administration and Management, and experience in HR, organizational development and consulting.
Background
From in-house HR to external consulting.
Throughout my career I have taken part in and led recruitment and selection, personnel administration and control, organizational structure development, policies and procedures, workplace motivation, compensation and benefits, and talent management.
My experience combines in-house HR management with external consulting. Since 2022 I have been the founder of Yaport Consulting Group, where I help companies and institutions design and implement HR solutions adapted to their needs.
